Wednesday we celebrated the Lord's Transfiguration on Mt. Tabor, and in our church, everyone brings baskets of fruit to be blessed afterwards. It's one of my most favorite traditions! I took some wonderful photos last year, and was disappointed because I forgot my camera...
Don't these petit fours look divine? Well, believe it or not, they're vegan. Check out the recipe. My dad's birthday is coming up in a few weeks and I think I'm going to try to make these for him!

Yummy! And hooray to the pink.

Cool Driver's License! I wish ours were pink! :)
The petit fours look divine!!! Thanks for sharing!
I'd love a pink driver's license. They should make the men's blue or something, so your poor hubby doesn't have to carry around a pink one :)
Dad just got his new license also, almost one month ahead of time; and it is pink also. He is not thrilled about pink!!!
Yay pink! I wish Kentucky would go pink!!!!! Those little cakes look soooooooooo good! mmmmm!!!
The driver's license does look great - I guess guys wouldn't be too thrilled with pink now would they?
You look so happy in your photo, so you must be having a great summer. Thanks for the heads up on Larabars, I will try them!
Vegan yet yummy petit fours, now that sounds intriguing....(sound of me toddling off to consider making something sweet)
Now that's one pink license! I still haven't switched mine from WA to CA. Oh well. I don't think it expires for another two years. Maybe I ought to check on that...
