Hello everyone! It's Wednesday...follow the "Yarn Along" with Ginny...I've been crocheting with the Cascade 100% wool from Peru. This will be a gift for my nephew Bryce, whose first birthday we'll celebrate Sunday afternoon!I've been reading this book Little Bee by Chris Cleave, that my friend Charlotte gave me. So far I like it...very interesting, the girl who they call Little Bee from Nigeria comes to England.
I was thrilled to find out this morning that I won the blue Noro yarn from Allison! I look forward to using it and promise to share what I make with it here on my blog. You should go read Allison's blog (I love her header with the bicycle) :
I hope you have a great day!

I've thought about reading that book. my husband is from nigeria and moved to england before coming to the u.s. besides that, it sounds interesting :-)
Congrats on winning Allison's drawing. Your nephew will love your gift!
Cute little green guy. I have never crocheted a little dolly, I'd love to try. I did crochet a bunny once, and her head was a bit lopsided. lol
Yay for winning giveaways!
Congratulations on the yarn win :)
what I liked about "Little Bee" was that is was NOT brutal, as I expected it to be. It was a bit odd, but her voice was so fabulous, it was amazing.
Very sweet little fellow you are making for your nephew.
Lovely colour.
