Yesterday my husband turned 45 years old!

We celebrated by going out to Maggiano's Little Italy, and then having carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, that I had made at home after.

If you have an old car seat you can bring it into Target this week (an Earth day promotion, they will recycle them, until April 29th) and you'll get a 20% off coupon if you want to buy a new one.

So we did! He really likes the new one, it was $57 including tax!!  That's a good deal!

Flattened cheese Pascha

Midnight service at our church was beautiful, but tiring.

My cheese Pascha tastes great, but flattened again this year. Thankfully, the kulich turned out well.  This one my mom gave us...she melted white chocolate for the top!

Sunday afternoon was spent with family and friends.

It's April

We went to Aunt Lucy's house yesterday afternoon and had a nice time together.  Egg hunt outside...so glad it didn't rain, as we had rain all week!

We got chicks!  Olivia helped Paul hold one...so funny how he's sticking his tongue out, to help him focus, I think.
