I joined Pinterest this week...and am enjoying looking at inspiring things, that I want to make and have made, sharing them...
I just added pita bread there! I followed this recipe and I plan to make it again with tabouli (I will add a cup of bulgur instead of just 2-3 tablespoons)and falafel.
Since I was just trying out the recipe for the first time, we simple ate it with honey (mine is crystallized right now, still scrumptious, though)!I picked the pretty little daffodils in our yard and they brought cheer into our home on a rainy day...more thunderstorms today. It's almost spring!

yay for Pinterest! I got a bit carried away on there when I first joined, but have reigned in my habit now ;) I Love the daffodils, flowers are such a great burst of colour!
I grew up in Tennesse and I'll never forget how excited we were to see the daffodils pushing up through the dirt - and finally bursting their into yellow blooms - each spring. (Nowadays I have to get fresh cut ones from Trader Joes! At least they're affordable.)
Isn't Pinterest wonderful? So many ideas and recipes!
Following you on Pinterest, now. Do you just prefer tabouli with more bulgar? I love the traditional version, with the bulgar as just an accent, it's so fresh testing.
Yummy! I haven't had much success making pitas. We've ended up with tasty flat breads...lol....so all wasn't lost!
We had felafels tonight for dinner and I was thinking it was time for me to try to make the pitas or flatbread. Thanks for the inspiration.
